• 5% sales tax added to the purchase price

• All horses come with CWHBA registration papers
• All horses come with basic veterinarian health check
• All horses come with regular farrier, worming and vaccinated with E and W Encephalitis, Tetanus, Flu, West Nile, and Rhinonumonitis
• All horses are fed the highest quality hay and grain we can provide
• Transfer of registration papers into the new owners name
• Purchases on 2 or more horses save 10%
• Purchase price on foals/weanling includes board till April the following year.

Extra costs for Purchaser

• Valid coggins test
• Health & Export Papers completed for export to USA
• Brokerage Fees Paid to enter USA
• Youngsters Board : Board is all-inclusive for $150.00/m and includes, grain and high quality hay, minerals, as well as daily handling.
• Insurance is recommended.
